Job Description

• Desired start date is ASAP.

• Candidates need solid work experience in addiction medicine.

• The documentation system/EMR used is Epic.

• The candidate must be a seasoned clinician with strong administrative skills.  Previous work experience in leadership roles is preferred.

• Not accepting new/recent graduates.  3+ years of work experience (not including residency/fellowship) in Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine is required.
  

• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
  

• This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area.  Relocation may be required.  To be discussed at interview.

• Not considering candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to obtain again

• Board Certified in Psychiatry - REQUIRED
  

• Board Certified in Addiction Medicine/Psychiatry - REQUIRED

• MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  

• Clean Malpractice/License History - REQUIRED

• Completion of fellowship in Addiction Medicine/Psychiatry - REQUIRED

• 3+ years of work experience (not including residency/fellowship) in Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine (note # of years in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  

• Prior leadership work experience in Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine (note # of years in "Experience" field) - PREFERRED

• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
